Historically, The United Church of Monticello combined the First Congregational Church (affiliated with the United Church of Christ) and St. Luke's Methodist Church (affiliated with the United Methodist Church), joining their congregations and their resources in the service of God and community.
Today, we welcome people from a variety of religious traditions, as well as those who have no prior church affiliation.
The United Church of Christ reminds us that “God is still speaking,” and that we should never “place a period where God has placed a comma”!
